@CS_AgentMy refer a friend bonus never applied when my fiance got me started, neither of us got the bonus, its been over a year, when will public mobile get real customer service able to help apply the rewards?

log in to your account on a laptop, then click My Rewards...check your Rewards history to confirm if you've been getting the Refer a friend Rewards applied at each renewal.

Hopefully you didn't opt outta Rewards in favor of Points, sometime in the past. Don't opt out of Rewards.

it is a bit long now, one year.  But don't give up, open ticket with support, message them

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
