Tried to submit a ticket it won't let me. I have a 90-day plan that I want to keep I was considering changing to a cheaper plan so I had set it up now I want to cancel going to that plan and I do not see it in my account can you guys make sure I keep the same plan that I'm on thanks

@Firestarb In your account go to subscription add on page and you will see your upcoming plan change and you will have option to cancel plan change

so, you have scheduled a plan change and you don't want it now?
you can login to My Account on a brower using Incognito mode to avoid cache problem, then go to Change Subscription page. It should show you a scheduled plan change and you can click on the Cancel button there
