referal number

Hello, 

I was subscribing my son's number with a referal number from his older brother, but it directly go to payment and i was not able to be back! Can we get $1 deduct montly?

if you have not pay yet, at bottom of the the payment screen, there is a line "Apply Promo and/or Referral code" , you can click on that and make add the code there

If you have already paid, then you can open ticket with PM support using your son's account and ask support to help to apply the friend code back to both of you.  Message them here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@yoyo881 Who ever used the referral code should see the $10 credit in available funds . The referral who gave code should see $1 1point rewards depending on the rewards system they are on . But to have support investigate the one using the code needs to ask that it was entered and applied correctly
