Unfortunately, customers have had issues with updating credit card.

Hi @Richard64 you can update on My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription, update payment method.

if you got error, wait an hour and try again

If same, submit ticket to CS agent

Or you can also buy voucher from Shoppers drug Mart Nd load it using *611

Yes, chatbot is AI, but CS agent are real human, you can submit ticket.    please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
