my services are on hold, how do I update my payment and keep my existing plan? my credit card has been frauded.

To update your credit card information, you can easily done via My Account

Please login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, and click Manage Payment Method, or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card

If it does not work the first time wait an hour and try again. Or you can buy a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and the load the voucher using *611
