I RECEIVED MY ORIGINAL SIM CARDS, WAS CHARGED PROPERLY FOR INITIAL CARDS. THEN CHARGED AND SENT ANOTHER SIM CARD WEEKS LATER. WHY THE SECOND CHARGE AND NEED TO SEND ANOTHER SIM?

I am guessing this is the erroneous message glitch on the sims and your card won't be charged and you won't be receiving another sim, however if you do a CSA should be able to resolve it relatively quickly

Did you buy the SIM cards online from the link on this site?

From Public Mobile or Amazon?

Credit Card or PayPal?

Did you actually receive second SIM? Did your credit car get charged for second SIM?

There was some mishap last week when many customers received note of 'SIM car order' even though they did not order it.

You can always file a complain with the agent and ask for refund.

@Pentico   was the charge for the 2nd SIM card showed up on your credit card last week?  PM has sent mass email by accident about sim card orders, many were in fact just wrong email but no sim card charge.  I guess that was not your case, you actually got charged and got sent one.
