I purchased a CPO iPhone from PM about two months ago. Everyone complains that they can’t hear me very well. I can hear them fine. But they all complain they can’t hear me. I was instructed to take it to Telus to have them look at it since it’s still under warranty. Has anyone had a similar experience with a CPO phone from PM? I’m wondering what to expect. Will they fix it on the spot or will they have to take it for some time. And if they do, will they supply a loaner phone or no? Thanks.

Lol... You pretty much got it all straight the only thing you have to do is contact customer support to get approved for the warranty service and then yes you bring it to your nearest Telus store they will have a quick look at it determine what the repair will be and they will either replace it or send it in for repair and give you a loaner phone.
