I manage accounts for a few seniors. Would CCTS accept complaints if I filed on their behalf? Or would I have to create a new forum ID for each of them and send individual messages to CS agents before filing complaints with CCTS?

Being Devil's Advocate, isn't that what PM is doing by putting us all on the same, and therefore equal, points system?

I have submitted a CCRT Complaint, Public Requires Reminding that We PM Clients want an Fair and Equal Playing field, and that their Points rewards and the 240 GB Data gift with 150 Day expiry is Not Very Funny and that we take this personally
Having to state what and How I fel, as I also have to pay my Mom's and Uncle's Bills here too
