Does not work. I got with a Public tech and was fixed after 1 hour of trying but I am back with the same problem, no data but phone works. Trying to get hold of a real tech to figure this out again. This is the last I'm trying, if it does not work or does work for a week then cuts out again I'm switching back to my old phone company.

Koodo and PM both use the same Telus system, so it should not be hard to fix
start with clicking Reset all networks on your phone
And check if your phone network mode is set to Automtic. And you can test setting it to 5G , or 4G (you will get the same 5G speed on 4G network)
if still does not work, test the sim on another phone
