I need to know if my phone is compatible with your company as apparently it is not with Koodo. I don't want to switch over until I know I will receive and able to send pictures and group messages to everyone not just certain people

That won't completely remove the screenshot.  it needs to be deleted from the profile.

Here is everything. I checked with telus compatibility it shows its compatible but I don't receive some pictures or group messages from some android or some iphone users. And I am unable to send pictures to those same contacts! I don't know why it would say i am compatible but unable to send. And yes I checked to see if their MMS was on and if they could send photos to the people I couldnt and theirs works fine!

It would help if you told us the phone make/model. But if it isn't compatible with Koodo, it won't be compatible with Public Mobile as it's all the same company and network (Telus).

Hello @JLM88 

Here is a WHITELIST of what Public Mobile allows. However most phones will work on the 3G network however if you purchase a US plan or addon, those phones won't work. Sadly you're stuck more with Samsung and iPhone.
