no rewards for purchasing a device phone, before was a promo for credit $ but now is end,

Not here. Not now. There was a credit promo for black friday.
I guess that leaves your credit card directly or via Paypal.

I haven't seen that mentioned anywhere and only know about getting points back when paying my bill and if buying the add-ons.
