Wtf. I have same issue with my iPhone 17.  Customer service can’t do any thing.  Just message back and forth and can’t solve the problem with connection, after buying new ESIM, installing and activating done, my phone had SOS  and no service.  If you find the solution, please share with me

It doesn’t work at all.  Even though I contacted PM customer service but CS staffs did NOT do much to help.  Then they created 3 issue tickets within 2 wks and no tech support help me at all.  I has been totally ignored.  PM have very poor and slow service.

hi @Nhan

make sure you delete the old eSIM and remove the old physical sim.

So, Public Mobile eSIM should be the only one, make sure it is Set as Primary and Turn on this line is enable.  Then reboot phone and Reset network settings

if same, reply PM support and ask them to check
