Hello, I broke my phone this morning and I have a eSIM. How do we switch it to a different phone or order a new SIM card for a different phone? I cannot find the phone number anywhere to contact anyone. Could somebody please help me out as this is very frustrating

Hey @Phil_Adelphus I thought they were $10. I clicked on this link here to find out, nothing helpful.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/mb/get-help/articles/get-a-sim-card
Then I click on the eSIM FAQ and the link is dead. What a surprise there.

@SarahMariie23 You would need to download the Public Mobile app on your replacement phone, log in to your existing account, and then purchase a new esim. If you want to change to a physical sim card then @Chalupa_Batman explained where to get them (don't order it from Public Mobile as it can take anything from several days to several weeks to arrive).
@Chalupa_Batman The esims used to be $5, have they gone up?

You will have to buy new SIM as eSIM is not transferrable (at least not at PM).
Then you go to Profile where you can:
- Change phone number
- Change SIM number
- Transfer Phone Number

Hello @SarahMariie23
You can either purchase an eSIM for $10 via the PM website or you can purchase a physical SIM card via a local Telus store, call a head first to confirm they have one. Or you can purchase off of Amazon for $4.99
