I am interested in switching to the $29 , 20GB 5G can-us-mexico promo. I am no able to select it in my subscription tab. How can I make the change?

Yes, currently in a $30 plan. I figured it was an issue with going down to a cheaper plan. Not really worth the hassle to cancel and reapply. And I have 3 referrals I would lose out on.

@jb66 I am assuming that you are not seeing the plan on your offer page because you are currently on a plan of $30 or more. It is near impossible to step down in plan pricing with PM these days, but if you are really interested, you could port out to another provider, and port back in as a “new” subscriber to have all of the plans at your disposal to choose from. A bit of a hassle, and you would lose any referrals and current plan mins/data you may have left…. But hey $ is $ and if your trying to get from a $45 plan to a $29, might be worth it to you. Do you mean when you log on to your account, you see the subscription plan but unable to switch to the plan? Well that's strange. If you're using the app, can you try again through your browser or do vice-versa
