I am interested in switching to the $29 , 20GB 5G can-us-mexico promo. I am no able to select it in my subscription tab. How can I make the change?

I have lost phone service in the Gimli area with an umidigi bison GT2 Pro 5G phone, January 12th.

No outages showing. My wife has the same brand of phone (umidigi ), she was having issues yesterday, but is working today.

VoLTE is turned on in my settings. Preferred network type is set to " 5G (recommended)"

i did restart the phone , and did a reset. no changethe imei came up withcheck mark - for VoLTE Network- 5G spped- E simNot sure what I am looking for ???? Sorry
