Boxing Day deal as an existing customer

Hi there, I'd like to change my phone plan on Boxing Day as an existing customer of you, but it seemed not possible on Black Friday. Is it possible to do so on Boxing Day?

This is frustrating, because my friend (also in BC) can change to the boxing day $35 75GB plan, but it doesnt show for me . we are both existing customers

That’s going to be the downfall of PM. Generally, PM subscribers are astute to the cost of plans and the deals out there.

The fact that I can jump to Freedom Mobile and get an arguably better Boxing Day deal yet PM won’t allow me to downgrade and stay with them is exactly the sort of thing that frustrates subscribers and makes them want to leave.

to add to what's been shared, if you make any subscription changes now or in the future make sure you are aware of the difference between "Change now" (will switch your plan immediately and bill you for the new plan with no refund for any remaining days on your current subscription) and "Change on renewal" (this one is recommended as it will let you use up what you have already paid for and then will only change when you are scheduled to renew any ways, no money lost)

existing customers can only select plans currently available to them in their plan menu. Usually, you can't downsize your current plan, for some reason. New and promo deals are usually only for new activation.
