I just received the new sim card yesterday.
But when I tried to activate, it keeps giving me message it's invalid sim card.
Please assist.

Well Sherry you are off on better step! Just FYI, once a SIM is activated it cannot be activated again. If you cancelled your PM account it is not useable again. So either your browser needed a rest or the previous number entry had issues.

Your phone being locked or unlocked in unrelated to the Public Mobile service and account activation.

the sim card number - is not recognizable
Your sim is locked after a few failed attempts. Wait 1 hour then try to activate again.
Clear your history/cache and then open a new browser in incognito/private mode.
The SIM card number is locked out from activation for a short time after the very first incomplete activatation attempt that goes past the first page on the activation stie.

That can mean the SIM has already been activated.
1. It is possible to inadvertently activate a SIM that is not yours.
2. Did you enter 19 digits and no spaces?
3. Double and triple check your entry and have someone else check too

@sherryhouxy so this page right?
So are you getting an error when you type just the sim card in or after everything is typed in??
What are the errors you are getting if it's after all types in? As it displays on top after hitting continue.
Have you tried clearing cookies / internet cache and using Incognito mode? Chrome works best.

Did you pass the payment section?
If yes check if your card was charged.
If it was charged put your sim card in your phone it will likely work.
If it does work and you were charged go to link below to create your self serve account.
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you were not charged. System locks sim for 50 minutes. Wait one hour, clear internet cookie/history cache open a fresh browser in incognito mode and try again.
Don't forget a referral code for a $10 sign up bonus. If you used one and were charged and service works the credit will be applied within 72 hours.

Did you use a previous provider ? Your phone maybe locked and you would need to contact them to unlock it.
