Bout a sim card, unable to activate

I just received the new sim card yesterday.But when I tried to activate, it keeps giving me message it's invalid sim card. Please assist.

thanks. i think you are right. i guess someone else is trying to activate my card... i waited for a day. now it's good to go. thanks again.

i am not able to pass the first step... the sim card number - is not recognizable
