I'm only in Canada for a few weeks; my US carrier doesn't offer data roaming. So I thought I'd just buy a data-only prepaid plan and use it on a spare phone. So I got a SIM at Walmart and signed up for "4 + 2GB BONUS at 3G Speed" with no voice or txt for $50. After two days I realized I wanted voice and txt on that phone as well. So I bought add-ons: "200 min US and Canada Long Distance" and "US Roaming - Unlimited Text (10-day)". I should have realized from the name of the latter that these add-ons weren't what I thought they were; instead, it took trying to make a phone call. I now realize I could get what I really want in a design-your-own plan for less than I've spent on my data-only plan and the two add-ons I can't use. I'd like to drop the add-ons and change my plan. I assume this is beyond self-serve?

@xela Talk add-on cannot work without having talk in your plan.
Yes, its beyond self-serve so you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info and explanation. They will get back to you tomorrow morning.
