I bought extra data yesterday and $5 was charged to my account but I don’t see the extra data

@Jackie_F  Did you try rebooting the phone first , and check again maybe try logging in in different device or try the app instead of website to check . If still not there contact support

If you bought extra data and you see the payment come out but havent received the data/still cant use data, i would suggest contacting a customer service rep directly so they can look into this transaction and make sure it went through smoothly. You can message them privately here:
