Bought a prepaid voucher and service isn't connected

Hi, I usually pay my bill at a cell phone repair shop, this month the clerk was busy so I bought a prepaid voucher for Publjc Mobile from 711. I registered the pin provided but my cell phone plan hasn't been reupdated.

Not sure what to do...

You loaded the voucher and it was accepted?

There could be a slight delay after you added the voucher for the account to take it

Wait 15 mins and reboot the phone and see

Hi, I dialled *611 and entered all the details from there. I typically pay monthly $55 at a cell phone shop

Just to confirm you added the voucher number via 611 from your phone or self service?

@jeffevans   How did you add the funds?  If you tried in self serve account, then try dialing 611 on your phone to add it.  Some voucher funds don't activate for several hours, but 711 should work instantly once loaded AFAIK.
