I know this is probably a long shot but since public mobile has such great deals I was wondering if there is anyway I can get the free month with the black friday deal even though I signed up yesterday? I'm wishing I had waited the extra day!

Unfortunately, that isn't possible. There will be other promotions, possibly more coming on Black Friday.
