Hi, my phone account says that it's expired, but my funds are topped up. I missed my payment by a day.
Phone doesn't have service. Help!

@TunatB When you dial 611 from your phone does it report suspended? If yes, login to selfserve and click on the re-activate button and then restart your phone.

If the lost/stolen phone trick does not work, you could try to manually load $1 into your account. Both tricks sometimes resets your SIM/plan and seems to troubleshoot several account issues.

Try the lost phone trick. Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
