Hello,
I was in the final step of setting up my account, then realized i forgot to enter the referal code from my friend, so hit the back button to go back to the first screen.
Now when i hit continue it says invalid sim and wont go past the inital screen.
Can anyone assist me with this?
Not sure if ive totally screwed or what?
The phone number port did not finalize as my old sim is still working with my old provider.

If youe credit card was billed, click the question mark on the lower right to open a ticket. Type in - talk to rep.

Refresh the page and start over after several minutes. Click on continue link at bottom of every page when done.

@dharvey1Check your credit card to see if you have been billed. if not.. then wait an hour for the system to unlock your SIM number and try again.
