Hi, can you explain why each month you bill me a day earlier than the previous month? This has been going on each month since I joined and is very annoying. Please pick a date in the month and stick with it. Thanks.

Your March renewal will shift forward two days or you may not have a renewal in February at all but two in March depending on your renewal date?🤔

Public Mobile billing period is 30 days - not fixed day of the month.

@maleyi because PM is running on 30 days cycle and not monthly. Cycle date will shift after a 31 days month
