I had a 30$ package with 2G of data. On October 5, 2022 I updated my package to the 40$ with 5G. I made the payment and got a confirmation for it. When I just checked my account it is reading I still have 2G and on the 30$ plan. Can someone tell me what could be wrong with this or how to have it fixed?

Thank you. I signed out and signed back in. Also did the refresh and it worked. Is reading the right plan now. Thanks again!

@sabrinapitcher Open browser using incognito mode and log in. That makes it ignore the cache. The site might be showing old info.

Or log out of self serve. Close your browser. And log back in using secret/incognito mode.

Click the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode. That may update what you see.
