Use the link provided by @Handy1 and request to have one of your payments credited to you new account rather than a refund. When you message Customer Support, give them as much acct info as you can.. ie: ph #, acct #, PM pin #, name on account, etc...

On your account, you can check what the charge was. If it’s for something for that you did not do such as an add-on you did not purchase or anything like that then you can submit a ticket to a CS agent using the chat bot.

Sign in then type CS agent then sweeten what happened and then submit the ticket.
if that is not worth and uses direct length and do the same thing right what happened and then you can submit your message.

you checked credit card and certain one of them not just pending charge?
And you check My Account's payment history? It shows once or twice? any money in Available funds?

@Joelgauthier First check credit card is one charge just pending ? If both charges posted then please
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
