@hgervais453 Do you need to submit monthly to get compensated? Or just for annual year end?
From personal experience, I just send an expense form to AP on monthly compensation and rarely do I need to show the actual bill, I also highlight the payment from my business credit card.
I print an annual ending December for CRA kept in my file and so far they have not ask for further evidence and I was audited a few years ago.
Hope this helps! 😁

@hgervais453 Can you not just use your monthly credit card statements for this purpose. As long as you can see the charges are for PM and cellular services CRA wont audit you for an actually bill from PM. As long as you can prove the expenses you claim on taxes. If you have an accountant they usually provide an expense form and dont even ask for invoices. But have it on file in case CRA audits you.

@hgervais453 Here is a good article to read: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Paying-for-your-service/Invoices/m-p/508246. Better ask for an yearly invoice, not the monthly ones every month. It is an easier work for both, PM and your accountant.

You would need to submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right. Here is a previous thread. https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Discussions/Invoice-Request/m-p/174070#M52476
