I have a monthly service with public. Yet my billing isn’t monthly. It seems to come out a few days early each month. 
I’ve lost almost a month of service over past year

I have a plan that clearly states so many gigs and minutes PER MONTH. 
yet I’m not being billed that way.

yes, PM did not have the 30 days thing said clearly 

this is how the system is and nothing you can change.  But if your consider you get 5 percent back in points , you actually gain some days

Then how come on my plan it says 75G per month. If it’s not monthly it shouldn’t say that

@Chris114  Yes because PM is every 30 days not monthly so they date will always be changing 

but you gain a day in Feb . Or couple days in the leap year . someone here do the math and if I remember correctly you might lose 5 days over the course of one year with 30 day /90 day cycles
