I have a monthly service with public. Yet my billing isn’t monthly. It seems to come out a few days early each month. I’ve lost almost a month of service over past year

How is this a redundant thread ? I have a plan that clearly states so many gigs and minutes PER MONTH. yet I’m not being billed that way.

Then how come on my plan it says 75G per month. If it’s not monthly it shouldn’t say that
