How many times have you overcharged me for 40 plan with rewards?

$50 is overcharge . Fix this or I am gone

Did you ever reply to a plan offer text from here? What plan are you on? What plan do you think you should be on?

you can open engage support by direct message them here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
But, first login to My Account, check the Subscription and Add-ons page to confirm you have the correct plan there
Or,  go to Payment History page and take screenshots and share here, maybe we can see why it was charged that way

Yes I am overcharged and the rewards were not added

So $40 plus tax is not $50

I may be misunderstanding but you have a $40 Plan or 40GB Plan which you've been billed $50 for?
