Hello,
I am not able to go back to year 2021 to view payment history. I need access to this, is there another way to get these statements?

If you paid using a credit card, try to search for "Public Mobile" in the credit card online account.
It's possible not even your credit card provider will go back more than 14-16 months.

@kiendiep2012 they don't go back so many months. You can try to open a ticket for PM to prepare you an official statement instead, but not sure if they will help to provide that far back
For a request like that, it might take them 2 to 3 weeks

Yes, you can get statements, but you'll have to ask a Customer Support Agent for that.
Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
