Billed Twice after Activation

Looking at my credit card statement for settled transactions, I see I was charged twice for my subscription rather than once (the amount is the same: $38.08).

I had a lot of difficulty with the website working when trying to register so I suspect it’s related. 

I’d like to be reimbursed the extra charge as well as ensure in the next billing cycle I won’t be charged twice again.  Thank you.

You can submit a ticket directly to a customer support agent using this link: CS Ticket Submission. They'll be able to assist you with the reimbursement and ensure a smooth billing process in the next cycle. Thank you.

first check with credit card if one of the two just pending charge, it could be

if they are both posted charges, please submit ticket with CS agent here and they will arrange refund
