Hey! I paid my bill on the 4th, and it is still saying that my plan is expired....i paid it the day it was due. when i try making a payment it says "already paid" but everywhere else is says i didn't pay....the issue is now that i am unable to buy data due to having an expired plan...even tho it is not expired.. and it says that it expired on

yes i only have text and calling! I am a magician and i have a show somewhere that i dont know and i like having my maps available just in case haha

@JesseCampbell : Are you on the $15 plan? Why are you needing data so soon after renewal? This account thing will sort itself out shortly on its own. So I wonder why you need the data.

Call and text are both working! I paid my bill Jan. 4 2022 and all i was trying to do was buy a GB of data, and it said my plan expired, so i went into my account and it said "expired feb. 4 2022 which makes it so i cant buy data...I tried making another payment and it says i am up to date, which i should be, yet the status still shows "Plan Expired" thank you i will contact that person!

This seems odd, based on your description. You haven't mentioned whether your service is active (voice/SMS). Perhaps you could send a private message to @CS_Agent with your account info so they can tell you why your plan is showing as expired.

But all your services are otherwise working? Other than maybe being out of data? Or are you trying to buy roaming add-ons?
