Big fan of the advance notifications before payment is due

It's nice to get a reminder text a couple days before it's time to pay. Little features like this are what make self-service work.

While most of the time I've received the payment due text, followed by the payment received confirmation message, but once in a while the payment due text never arrives.  So it's a good idea for you to know when your payment date is by checking your self-serve account couple times a month, especially if you're not set up for autopay.
