a dead moto g

I have a moto g since 5 aug 14 trouble free. as of yesterday I used the phone and then checked the battery power which showed 80% pwr and left it on the table power on.Came back a few minutes later to use the phone and it was dead after pushing and holding the power key slill dead.so I plugged it into a charger still dead.I am so frustrated and don't know what to do or whom to call for help,so can anybody out there help me??

Hi @arthuritus - It seems like you bought this phone last year from Public Mobile. Please read this post on warranty and repairs that will help you ascertain if your phone is covered under warranty.

Where did you buy your phone? Is it possible that it's under a warrenty?
