Personal vs Public

Some of my contacts aren’t able to call me. Goes straight to dead zone. When I was going thru the process of switching to Public Mobile I mistakenly ticked the wrong boxes between Personal and Private (think the second choice was private). Anyway, I quickly realized I wasn’t able to send messages and had to change people to personal. I thought I switched both places to personal but now my daughter can’t call me???? Not sure who else. What do my setting have to be and where/which ones.

hi @KAA 

easy way is to set Public Mobile sim as Public

also, make sure you have no other sim, remove if physical sim or disable the esim , then reboot phone and Reset Network Settings

@KAA   Sounds like a hardware specific question,  What kind of phone do you have?
