Hey @Langa
This by far is one of the most complained about thing here on these forums. The time it takes for customer to get their SIM cards mailed to them. They truly need to find a faster way if they wish to keep and retain customers. So I feel your disappointment here.
If you have Amazon Prime, here's a way for you to get a SIM card faster. AMAZON SIM CARD
Depending on your location, Google "Local Corporate Telus Stores Near Me" and these are the stores to carry them. Call a head just to make sure they have them in stock. And don't worry about any out of pocket fees. You can reach out to a CS Agent after the fact and they'll credit your account the money you paid for the SIM card.
With regards to the SIM card coming, just hold on to it as a spare in case you ever need one. Hope this helps.

Members have reported it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
But private message a CS_Agent to confirm when it was shipped.

@Langa in the website it states roughly 2 business days. Unfortunately, can go up to 3 weeks.
Your options s would be to continue waiting.
2. Buy a new one in a a partner store if they have such as Telus/Koodo. I suggest calling first as many do not sell in store anymore. Once purchased, you can submit a ticket to cs agents below and ask for the credit back of the newly purchased SIM.
3. Many suggests Amazon .
