Billing information older than Jan 2023

Two questions:

1/ I need access to billing information starting March 2022 to present (Jan 2024)

2/ How can I download total expenses? I did generate to Jan 2023 but it's confusing how much has been spent in this time.

Hi @NDC 

actually, if you are satisfied with a 12 months all summary, you can click Filter on top, change Date Rage to 12 months, then click Apply Filter and then click Dowload on top right.  It will download all transaction in the  12 months in pdf

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

For total expense, you will really need to add up the entries (or the pdf bill) yourself.  The download transaction feature there does not work well

You’d have to contact a Public mobile CS agent to see further than a year. You can submit a ticket here.
