Unable to link new sim card (for new number) with subscription plan.

 My sim card is not linking with subscription plan. When I press "Link Sim" button nothing happens.

No, I am not an existing customer. But suddenly website linked it.

are you existing customer with a new sim card? did you login My Account and try to update the sim card on the Profile page?:

you can try again using a laptop or desktop computer instead of using a browser on a your phone. When you use the browser on the laptop/desktop, please also use Incognito mode

But someone had similar issue on the weekend and the person ended up needing support agent to help changing the sim card.  If Incognito mode on desktop/laptop does not work, please open ticket with PM support here:
