Hi,
Due to high competition with other service providers, I would suggest the following:
- $15 Plan to get a +BONUS of 500GB instead of 250MB with AutoPay.
- $25 Plan to get a +BONUS of 1GB instead of 500MB with AutoPay.
- $35 and $45 Plans to get a +BONUS of 2GB instead of 500MB with AutoPay.
- $50 and $60 Plans to get a +BONUS of 3GB instead of 500GB with AutoPay.
Thanks

Unfortunately Lucky's international long distance add-ons all expire after 30 days if you don't use all your minutes. Even though they have more countries on offer, that can amplify the cost of the minutes if you don't use them all....

Not to mention that with Lucky Mobile (a subsidiary of Bell Canada), if your usage exceeds the data included in your plan or Add-On, you can continue to use data at reduced speeds of up to 128 Kbps for email, light browsing and messaging at no additional charge.

How do you figure that.....can’t get with the 500mb plans. And is use it or lose it every month.

For parent not wanting MMS or Data there are some simple processes to deal with that.
1. Buy a flip phone
2. Use the settings
3. Set up a hot spot on phone and let every one else burn off the data
In hind sight.....does the not wanting data parents allow the use of wifi?

.. That suggestion would be a very nice added service (Bonus) which could generate more customers to PM business.

Only difficult because it falls on deaf ears.... there have been several customers wanting this plan for their "tweens" or even younger and simply did not want their children to have access to mobile data. One mother didn't even want access to MMS.
For these parents it wasn't a matter of worrying about overages or extra billing but simply keeping the evils and influences of the internet away from their children for as long as possible.

The 250MB data bonus was never the result the autopay. It was only advertised in that way, but it would have been difficult for someone to complain that the plan included more than advertised when not using autopay.

From what I understand the $15 plan 250mb is no longer an auto pay bonus.....it was mandated, recently, by the CTRC to be included in any mobile companies $15 plan. Thus the way it is advertised is erroneous.** It is no longer necessary to have auto pay for the 250 mb of data. So it would make sense to truly give a “ bonus” of 250 mb for auto pay....total of 500 mb. 😀
This article suggests that Koodo will cover the requirements for Telus.
Don't see it in Koodo though.
This shows that Sasktel did. But PM texting is better.

** oops I erred. https://crtc.gc.ca/eng/phone/mobile/occa.htm
It it covers a POST PAID $15 PLAN😩😩

Well there used to be regular bonus referral credit promotions every couple of months but tnere hasn't been an open ended bonus referral drive since the one that ended just after New Year's 2020. The odd targeted text one time only bonus referral is hardly anything to get excited about these days.

I wish PM will give the same referral discount similar their higher tier. $50 (Koodo) and $75 (Telus).
