Autopay failed upon registration

So I ported my number in from Freedom today and when I entered my credit card information I made sure the auto pay option was checked. There was a problem registering so I tried pressing it again and it went through, but I was prompted with a message that the autopay registration failed and I needed to go into my account and add it. The payment still ended up going through.

I ended up setting up the autopay, but I paid the full $120 for my current statement. Is it possible to get the $6 reward since it was a system error?

My autopay failed on initial registration too. I just added it once I had full access to my account. Looks to be working but the $6 savings is set up on my next bill. Am I supposed to get $6 off my initial signup cost too?  Based on the above Im not sure but I don't see a credit of $6 on my account, I just see auto pay set up and when I look at what my next bill will be it says 114. @Mary_M , @CS_Agent - my account does not look like the screen shot above. My account says 0 funds, $120 due in sep and  autopay reward section says ($6). If I should also get a $6 credit at sign up for autopay, please can you add it as a result of the failed attempt. I am still waiting on the bonus data too.

Ah yeah @Dershivo, that's why I came back. I realized that one of us was probably misunderstanding things.

It should only be for $6, the reward seems to apply to the previous payment cycle, and since this is your first payment cycle you get the $6 that can be used for your NEXT payment cycle, and so on.

Sorry to confuse things, my mistake!

@rob79 Oh, ok. I think I might've misinterpreted what you said. I do have that $6 reward, but only for my next bill. I'm assuming this is how it should be; I shouldn't receive another $6 (totalling to $12) right?

BTW @Dershivo, I should clarify: You DO pay the full amount upon signup, but it should show the autopay reward as a credit on your account so it will be taken off your NEXT payment.

I think that's why it sounds like @Luddite and I are saying different things.

So right now, your first payment was normal, but when you login to your self serve area you should see the reward like in the screenshot I posted.

@Dershivo - it usually helps to tag a specific moderator, I've talked to @Mary_M in the past and she was very helpful :).

Hmm, is there anyone that can help me with my issue if that's the case?

@CS_Agent

@Luddite - I signed up a few days ago and got my first autopay reward upon signup.

Ok, thanks. I didn't know that.

The first autopay reward occurs on your first renewal not on first payment.
