I tried to get activated and could not. I have sent 8 emails over the last month asking to cancel my subscribtion. They have replied 2 weeks ago that they are really busy but so far have done nothing about my account. However they did take more money from my bank account for the next month. I have not used this company and have moved to another company. I have had to cancel my credit card so they will not take another payment. I feel that this is all a scam.

Sounds like the account was set up, with auto pay, but there was a problem with service. I am only speculating because the only other community post you have was help to change your e-mail address a month ago. Maybe if you had asked for help here with your service things would be a little different.
Either way, since you cancelled your credit card your account will automatically be deleted after 90 days of non payment.
