Your help and guidance needed on steps to take to ensure continuous service.
Events Leading up to situation
and Steps Taken so far:
1 2:48 am AutoPay failed due to not updating new credit card.
2/ Expecting To rectify problem, , I Paid top up for same amount: subscription fee + taxes
3/ PM app still states last paid until July 31st. Concern: that PM will soon stop service.

try login again using browser with incognito mode and you should see the correct account status
you can also try calling *611 and the voice system would tell you the latest account status
