Hi,
Apologies if this has been covered previously. Had a 30 day plan set to Autopay for around 3 months, was due to take the regular payment yesterday but for some unknown reason it hasn't renewed. Now any attempt to make a payment is met with an error stating my credit card couldn't be verified. As a result, my service has been suspended. Know for sure it's nothing related to funds available in my bank account. Anyone else experienced this, and know of a solution?

This happened a month back and for whatever reason they blacklisted my credit card so had to wait to have it white listed before it would accept payment from it. As stated above mods can send in request to have it accepted....
