If I leave autopay turned on, but use a top up card to prepay for one month of service (or more), does it surrender my autopay reward (such as bonus data and $2 discount) for the months covered by the top up?

Having a credit card saved on the account isn't enough to receive the $2 autopay reward. Autopay must also be enabled.

Sorry, this means you don't have to worry you will have all your credits and benefits. Cheers

Hi Meta, you should be fine! When you have a credit in your account or money on your account it will just draw from that even though you have your auto pay it will only take what it needs. All the best.

@meta no worry, as long as Autopay is enabled, you get $2 off, they don't really care if it ends up really paid by Autopay or you top up yourself manually ahead. Many members here use this hyper-Autopay model, just set Autopay enabled and always pay manually ahead via different top-up methods
