you have a credit card yet?
Login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription. you can update the card by clicking Update Card information. Once update, go back to the Manage Subscription page and make sure it is enabled with "Subscxribed"

Are you a new customer? New customers already have it turned on as it gets automatically turned on during activation.
