If you activate your SIM after January 25/22 then you are on the new Points system which the $2 credit doesn’t apply any more.
You will get 5% on your monthly payment and when you have collected 15 points, you can redeem the 15 points for a $15 credit off your bill.

You and me both. It's difficult for the community to help customers on the points program because it's still new and the vast majority of us are on the $$ rewards program so we cannot access the points account to even see what it looks like. Luckily I have access via some of my newer referral's accounts that I manage so I can at least see what it looks like. I started the following thread to hopefully help other points program participants as we learn, test and experiment with the help of others like yourself. If you have questions or learn how something works in your points account do share.....here....

I think that was the old program, they seemed to have changed it to a point system now (which I find confusing!)

If you cannot see the Auto pay reward applied in your transaction history alongside your automatic top up payments contact customer support to have the missing reward applied to your account. Check your email for your welcome email from pm which will show you registered for Auto pay upon activation but your transaction history showing automatic top up payments will suffice as proof.
To contact customer support : Submit a support ticket via SIMon the chat bot Click here
Or if you cannot submit a ticket via SIMon then Click here ....for additional member supplied info.

So you have been here for about a year. That should have you on the old $ rewards program that gave you $2 off for auto pay.
Did you turn off auto-pay?
Does your main page over view in My Account say you are on Dynamic Auto Pay at the bottom of page?
Is your credit card for auto pay still valid? Most likely is.
Did you switch to the new Points Rewards?
Take a look at your transactions for as far back as possible. What do you see?
Take a look at your My Rewards....what does it show for autopay?

When did you become a customer? Public Mobile stopped offering discounts earlier in the year for new customers using pre-authorized payments.

Look in your payment history to see if you have a line saying something like reward autopay and $2 over to the right.
