Switch the payment method to a different card and then switch back it worked for me

Combine all 3 of the previous responses and you’ll have the most complete response anyone can give you. Make sure your card is valid, turn AutoPay off and on again, and if that doesn’t work make a manual payment

what's happening to make you think it's not working ? When your regular plan renewal occurs, it'll look like your account is in trouble. As long as you have a valid credit card on the account set to Subscribed (Autopay), your account will renew correctly.

@AshMc unfortunately Autopay would fail once in awhile. 😞
Please make a manual payment either by
- dialing *611 if you know the 4 digits account pin
- login to My Account and click Pay now to resume service and follow the steps to make manual payment
