Auto payment renewal no text or phone calls but data work

Hi PM,changed to the 90 day 120$ plan on renewal date.It looks like not enough funds were taken off.
I have data but unable to make or receive calls or text.when I look at the payment history it doesn't look correct.i removed sim and replaced it back and powered phone off and on.Everything worked fine until the plan change.
Looking forward to a solution. Thanks Nala

Hi @nala2510;

 

It sounds like when you made the plan change something didn't register correctly and you got a data only plan instead of all 3. That should be relatively easy for one of the moderators to fix, once they are back online later this morning. @Shazia_K @Mary_M
